Deadline Extension for Technical Papers

The deadline for technical paper submissions has
been extended by two weeks to Midnight March 14,
2009 Samoa Standard Time. However, authors are also
required to register with
EDAS
and submit their paper abstract by the original
deadline of Midnight February 28, 2009 Samoa
Standard Time.
