Step 1. All authors of accepted papers must prepare camera-ready versions and copyright form as outlined below. Camera-ready papers must be checked through IEEE PDF eXpress. Instructions on this are given below. The camera-ready papers and signed copyright form MUST be uploaded to the EDAS IPTComm website by Tuesday, Sep-05-2017. If you run into any problems, please contact tpc@iptcomm.org and chair@iptcomm.org.

Step 2. All authors must include a copyright clearance code at the bottom of the first page of the camera-ready paper. The copyright code should be one of the following four, depending on the domicile of the authors:

• For papers in which all authors are employed by the US government, the copyright notice is:
    U.S. Government work not protected by U.S. copyright

• For papers in which all authors are employed by a Crown government (UK, Canada, and Australia), the copyright notice is:
   978-1-5386-1322-1/17/$31.00 ©2017 Crown  • For papers in which all authors are employed by the European Union, the copyright notice is:  978-1-5386-1322-1/17/$31.00 ©2017 European Union

• For all other papers the copyright notice is:
   978-1-5386-1322-1/17/$31.00 ©2017 IEEE  Latex users can add the following line for the copyright notice to show up:  \IEEEoverridecommandlockouts \IEEEpubid{\makebox[\columnwidth]{978-1-5386-1322-1/17/\$31.00~\copyright{}2017 IEEE \hfill} \hspace{\columnsep}\makebox[\columnwidth]{ }} 

MSWord users can use: "Insert" + "Text box" and insert the appropriate copyright notice in the texbox, and place the box (without border) at the bottom left on the first page.

Step 3: Authors must fill out the IEEE copyright form. This form must be uploaded to the IPTComm EDAS website along with the camera-ready paper.

Step 4: All camera-ready papers MUST pass the IEEE PDF eXpress check. Please go to IEEE PDF exPress and create an account if you do not have one.
The Conference ID to use for IPTComm 2017 is: 41601X.
Please make sure that PDF eXpress does not issue any errors for your camera- ready manuscript. Instructions on using PDF eXpress are provided by IEEE on the IEEE PDF eXpress page referenced above.

Step 5: The camera-ready paper and signed copyright form MUST be uploaded to the IPTComm EDAS website by Tue, Sep-05-2017 to be included in IEEE Xplore proceedings. If you have any questions or run into problems, please contact tpc@iptcomm.org or chair@iptcomm.org.
