AUTHORS: PLEASE FOLLOW STEPS BELOW TO PREPARE FOR IPTComm 2021 CAMERA-READY PAPERS.

Due date: Friday, November 5, 2021 1800 EDT

Step 1. All authors of accepted papers must prepare camera-ready versions and copyright form as outlined. The camera-ready papers and signed copyright form MUST be uploaded to the EDAS IPTComm website by the due date and time. If you run into any problems, please contact tpc@iptcomm.org and chair@iptcomm.org.

The LaTeX and MS-Word templates for the camera-ready papers are at http://origin.www.ieee.org/conferences_events/conferences/publishing/templates.html

Step 2. All authors must include a copyright clearance code at the bottom of the first page of the camera-ready paper. The copyright code should be one of the following four, depending on the domicile of the authors:

  • For papers in which all authors are employed by the US government, the copyright notice is:
        U.S. Government work not protected by U.S. copyright

  • For papers in which all authors are employed by a Crown government (UK, Canada, and Australia), the copyright notice is:
     978-1-6654-1068-7/21/$31.00 ©2021 Crown

  • For papers in which all authors are employed by the European Union, the copyright notice is:
      978-1-6654-1068-7/21/$31.00 ©2021 European Union

  • For all other papers the copyright notice is:
      978-1-6654-1068-7/21/$31.00 ©2021 IEEE

  • Latex users can add the following line for the copyright notice to show up:

    \IEEEoverridecommandlockouts
    \IEEEpubid{\makebox[\columnwidth]{978-1-6654-1068-7/21/\$31.00~\copyright{}2021 IEEE \hfill} \hspace{\columnsep}\makebox[\columnwidth]{ }}

    MSWord users can use: "Insert" + "Text box" and insert the appropriate copyright notice in the texbox, and place the box (without border) at the bottom left on the first page.

    Step 3: Authors must fill out the IEEE copyright form. This PDF copy of the form must be uploaded to the IPTComm EDAS website along with the camera-ready paper.

    Step 4: The camera-ready paper and signed copyright form MUST be uploaded to the IPTComm EDAS website by the due date to be included in IEEE Xplore proceedings. If you have any questions or run into problems, please contact tpc@iptcomm.org or chair@iptcomm.org.
